Managing Student Reviews – Ukkera Instructor Dashboard
Learn how to monitor student feedback, moderate reviews, and use testimonials for marketing.
Managing Student Reviews
Student reviews are a powerful way to build trust and improve your course content. The Ukkera dashboard gives you full control over how your community interacts with your courses through ratings and written feedback.
Review Availability and Rules
To ensure reviews are genuine and based on an actual learning experience, Ukkera has a built-in safety delay:
- 21-Day Locking Period: A student can only leave a review for a course after 21 days have passed since they first gained access to that course.
- This ensures the student has had enough time to engage with the material before providing feedback.
The Reviews Dashboard
Navigate to the Reviews section from your sidebar to see all incoming feedback.
1. Monitoring Feedback
In the reviews list, you can see:
- Star Rating: (1 to 5 stars) given by the student.
- Comment: The written feedback explaining their experience.
- Course Name: Which specific course the review belongs to (if viewing all reviews).
- Date: When the review was submitted.
2. Moderation and Privacy
As an instructor, you have the right to moderate your community feedback:
- Hide Review: Use the "ellipsis" (three dots) menu on any review card to select Hide Review.
- Hidden reviews will no longer be visible on your public academy website or course landing page. Use this for reviews that are irrelevant, contain spam, or are otherwise unfit for public display.
3. Rating Summary
The top of the page provides a Rating Summary displaying:
- Your Average Rating across all courses or a filtered course.
- A Distribution Chart showing the count of 5-star, 4-star, etc., reviews.
- Filtering options to quickly see all reviews for a specific star rating.

Ukkera helps you turn positive feedback into beautiful marketing assets.
