How to Manage Financials

The Financials section provides a clear overview of your platform-related transactions and costs. Manage your wallet, track payments, and keep your account in good standing.

  • Instructors selling courses or managing paid content.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Monitoring Sales and Transactions

To see your transaction history:

  1. Go to the Financials section in the sidebar.
  2. The main table shows all Transactions, including student payments and system adjustments.
  3. You can filter by date or search for specific transaction IDs.
  4. Click on any row to see Detailed Monthly Reports.

2. Wallet & Platform Credits

Your academy uses an internal wallet for platform operations. For details on how to manage your balance, pay for students, or upgrade storage, please refer to the Wallet and Subscription Guide.

3. Managing Subscriptions and Packages

Ukkera uses a package-based system for features and storage:

  1. Go to the Subscription page to see your current plan.
  2. Student Packages: Purchase additional student slots if you reach your current limit.
  3. Storage Packages: If you host many videos or files, you can upgrade your storage space here.
  4. Live Packages: Manage your live session limits and history.

4. Charging Your Wallet

Some platform services might require a wallet balance:

  1. In the Financials page, click Charge Wallet.
  2. Select your preferred payment method (e.g., Credit Card, Fawry).
  3. Follow the secure payment prompts to top up your balance.

Tips

  • Regular Review: Check your financials weekly to stay updated on your course performance.
  • Export Data: Use the data table features to keep your own records for accounting.
