How to create an account as an Instructor on Ukkera

Creating an instructor account on Ukkera is a straightforward two-step process that allows you to start building your online academy instantly.

Step 1: Account Information

First, you'll need to provide your basic contact and branding details.

Information Needed

  • Full Name: Your professional name as it will appear to students.
  • Email Address: Your primary email for login and platform notifications. (Note: Must be unique).
  • Phone Number: A valid phone number with country code.
  • WhatsApp Presence: You will be asked if this number has WhatsApp for easier communication.
  • Academy/Team Name: The name of your educational entity or team. This will be the name students see for your academy.

Step 2: Wallet Activation

Ukkera uses a wallet-based billing system. To activate your account, you must add an initial balance to your Ukkera wallet.

Activation Requirements

  • Minimum Balance: A minimum of 1,000 EGP is required to activate a new instructor account.
  • Payment Method: You can pay using several methods through our secure payment gateway (Cashier), which will be shown after you fill in your account details.

Registration Process

  1. Navigate to Register: Go to the Registration Page.
  2. Fill Step 1: Enter your name, email, phone, and academy name.
  3. Validate Email: The system will check if the email is already in use.
  4. Choose Balance: Confirm your initial wallet balance (defaulted to 1,000 EGP).
  5. Complete Payment: You will be redirected to the secure payment portal.
  6. Success: Once the payment is processed, your account is created!

After Registration

After successful registration:

  • You will be redirected to a success screen.
  • You can access your dashboard at instructor.ukkera.com.
  • You can immediately start creating courses, managing students, and setting up your platform.

  • One-time Storage Fee: Storage expansion is a one-time payment with discounts up to 50% for 50GB+.
  • Tiered Student Pricing: Monthly fees for students are tiered, meaning the more students you have, the less you pay per student.
  • 14-Day Refund: We offer a 14-day refund policy from the date of subscription.
